1. The service
CloudFolio provides software to read, annotate, scan, convert and organise documents, plus optional account, payment, support and AI services. Core document features run on your device.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to your documents. You are responsible for having the right to open, modify or share them. Because documents are stored on your device, keep your own backups.
3. Accounts
Keep your password safe and tell us about unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or illegal activity.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees for the period you choose. Plans paid by UPI are activated after we confirm the transaction. Plans do not renew automatically unless you pay again or use a gateway that supports automatic renewal; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. See the refund policy.
5. AI output
AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check important information against the source pages, which CloudFolio cites.
6. Electronic signatures
CloudFolio places a visual signature on a document. It is not a certificate-based digital signature; whether it is acceptable for a particular purpose is up to you and the recipient.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to infringe others’ rights.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to these terms in the app or by email.
