How does UPI payment work?
Choose a plan, scan the QR code with any UPI app and pay. Enter the transaction ID (UTR) in CloudFolio and your plan is activated once we confirm it — usually within a few hours.
Do you offer student discounts?
Plus at ₹99/month is priced so every student can afford it without ID checks. Colleges can contact us for campus-wide Business licences.
What happens if I stop paying?
You return to the Free plan. Your documents, notes and annotations stay on your device — nothing is locked away.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes for Business plans. Contact support with your GSTIN after purchase.
What is your refund policy?
